Flight disruptions are an increasingly common occurrence. The partnership between AirHelp and Trustfull aims to address this issue by strengthening the verification process of users submitting a claim. By analyzing and cross-referencing users’ contact details using Open Source Intelligence, Trustfull empowers AirHelp to instantly identify red flags and prevent suspicious requests from progressing any further.
