Banca Sella Signs a Partnership with Trustfull

Biella, 21 April, 2022 – Making the opening of an online current account faster, significantly reducing execution times and manual control activities thanks to an algorithm based on Artificial Intelligence. This is the objective of Banca Sella which, thanks to the partnership signed with the Italian fintech Trustfull, will simplify customer onboarding by guaranteeing the effectiveness, speed and security of the processes.

In fact, Banca Sella has chosen the innovative solution developed by Trustfull which allows to digitize the control operations that characterize the onboarding phase of a customer, such as his identity or the absence of formal errors, as well as intercepting any anomalies in advance.

The Trustfull algorithm, based on Artificial Intelligence, is able to evaluate each account opening request received by Banca Sella and allows the user's identity to be verified, after having analyzed the digital signals in full respect of privacy (the so-called "digital footprints" such as the device used to go online, the e-mail account, the IP address, etc.) with a decrease of almost 70% in the time required for manual data verification.
