Milan - 15 October, 2026 — Experian today announced the integration of Trustfull, a leader in digital risk intelligence and fraud prevention, into the Experian Ascend Platform™. This global collaboration responds to growing demand from organizations for earlier fraud detection and additional digital risk intelligence during customer onboarding. As a global partner within the Ascend ecosystem, Trustfull’s capabilities can be made available to Experian clients across multiple markets through a scalable integration framework.
Through this partnership, Trustfull’s Digital Risk Models will complement Experian’s identity and fraud capabilities within Ascend, using hundreds of real-time signals associated with an applicant’s email address, phone number and IP address. The integration expands the breadth of intelligence available through the Ascend Platform, helping clients strengthen fraud strategies while maintaining a seamless customer experience. By assessing the relationships between these signals, Trustfull can help identify suspicious patterns such as newly created digital footprints, disposable contact details, proxy usage and inconsistencies across identity attributes.
“Our clients are increasingly looking for ways to identify fraud earlier in the customer journey without creating unnecessary friction for genuine customers,” said Angelo Padovani, CEO Europe at Experian. “Trustfull adds valuable digital risk intelligence capabilities to the Ascend Platform and helps us address evolving fraud challenges with greater precision and speed.”
Fraudsters increasingly exploit digital identities and onboarding channels, creating demand for additional signals that can detect risk before traditional verification processes begin. Digital risk intelligence can help organizations assess risk before more expensive or intrusive verification steps, allowing higher-risk applications to be routed for additional checks while legitimate customers progress with less friction across financial services, lending, payments and other digital businesses.
“Fraud increasingly manifests itself through digital signals that traditional identity checks may not capture early enough,” said Alex Tonello, SVP Global Partnerships at Trustfull. “Together with Experian, we can help clients make more informed decisions while preserving a seamless experience for legitimate customers.”
