Compass Chooses Trustfull as Technology Partner for Online Customer Evaluation

Milan, 3rd May 2021 – Trustfull announces the signing of an agreement for lead qualification activities with Compass S.p.a.

Compass, a leader in the Italian consumer credit sector (personal and purpose loans, credit cards, and salary-backed loans), will use the Trustfull platform to analyze new customers' genuine interest in real time. This will optimize onboarding and customer service processes, making commercial and marketing efforts more effective.

This collaboration will enable the collection and qualification of valuable information about prospects by analyzing their digital profiles.

Trustfull’s patented tracking algorithm complements traditional systems by providing a comprehensive and effective overview of customers for improved customer management.

By analyzing users' “digital footprints” (over 500 signals, including email address, phone provider, and type of device used), the platform classifies information gathered online and transforms it into assessment metrics aimed at accurately defining user interest and optimizing the activation process.
