Credimi Optimizes Pre-screening Activity of SMEs with Trustfull

Milan, 09 November – Credimi, the largest digital lender for companies in Europe chooses Trustfull's "Digital Score", an innovative digital credit & risk scoring platform, for the evaluation and pre-analysis of prospects who require an online financing service line.

Credimi, it has developed a proprietary analysis algorithm which, as soon as a company enters the VAT number in the form to request a loan, analyzes and processes thousands of pieces of information in a few hours: financial data, including the Central Credit Register, presence on social networks, news on the press and on search engines, obtaining a complete analysis of the company's situation. A totally digital solution, that of Credimi, allows companies to make a loan request in a few minutes, freeing them from the burden of producing all that amount of documentation that is usually required by the traditional system.

In a panorama, such as the Italian one, made up of around 5.5 million active enterprises, of which over three million are sole proprietorships ( Unioncamere/Infocamere data ), Credimi has managed to serve that range of sole proprietorships and micro enterprises, which due to the complexity of valuation, they find it more difficult and time-consuming to access the financial instruments essential for their growth, often being cut off from accessing credit.

These businesses have had to make the most organizational and management changes following the lockdown, however, they have made the least use of government-guaranteed loans. However, they are ready to recover: according to the Observatory of Small Italian Enterprises launched by Credimi and created by Nextplora, 51% of sole proprietorships plan to apply for funding by the end of the year and use it for e-commerce and digital marketing activities¹.

By choosing Trustfull's "Digital Score" after a test period carried out over the summer, Credimi wants to optimize and improve the analysis and evaluation service of prospects, i.e., companies arriving on its site. Using the digital footprints (name, surname, email, telephone number) left by those who complete the form, the Trustfull algorithm manages to define an individual score that helps Credimi analysts to evaluate the potential customer correctly and more fully.
