Milan, 14th December 2022 – Epipoli, a leading Italian group in prepaid cards and engagement systems, has announced a partnership with Trustfull, an Italian fintech specializing in digital risk scoring. Trustfull's innovative platform, powered by AI and machine learning algorithms, analyzes digital footprints to ensure efficiency, speed, and security in user onboarding processes.

The agreement involves the integration of Trustfull’s digital scoring solutions into MyGiftCard.it, Epipoli’s portal for purchasing and activating gift cards and prepaid/rechargeable cards. The goal is to optimize onboarding processes using artificial intelligence and new types of data to verify the identity and reliability of online consumers. Trustfull's algorithm can analyze hundreds of digital signals (or "digital footprints") of customers requesting online services, reducing manual verification times by nearly 70%, all in full compliance with privacy regulations.
