Whistleblowing Reports
In compliance with the provisions of Legislative Decree no. 24/2023 and the Guidelines of the Italian National Anti-Corruption Authority (ANAC) approved by resolution no. 311 of July 12, 2023.
Trustfull provides a dedicated platform for those who, in the course of their duties within the Company, have become aware of any unlawful act, an event that could constitute a crime, or behavior that violates the Company's internal rules.
This platform allows for the reporting of behaviors, actions, or omissions that have come to light during dealings with the company. Before submitting a report, we encourage you to read the "Whistleblowing Report Management" procedure to understand the operational procedures to follow (particularly regarding who can make reports and what can be reported).
